The nature of flip phones is that type if defect is bound to happen. Given that they replaced your screen protector when requested and there is no other defect with the phone, it's likely why they will not replace the unit. Do you expect that this won't happen with a new unit? The screen protector lift is a common problem with the folds.

Please whatever you do do not waste your time purchasing a Samsung phone directly from the manufacturer. I have the Flip 6 and the screen protector keeps lifting at the crease. I have had it replaced 3 times and I have asked for a replacement phone to no avail. I asked to speak with a supervisor more than once and never was given one. At this point I wish I had purchased directly from my service provider. Samsung used to have a stellar reputation but I no longer fill this was after this experience. Is anyone else experiencing this issue with their you l flip and customer service from Samsung Plus and VIP advantage?

I had the same problem. Solved it by replacing the stock screen protector with a generic brand.

Stock protector would separate after 2 or 3 months. This generic protector has been solid for a year at least.
