Software feature gating on a $1300 Galaxy fold 6 is unacceptable. Watches phones all have capabilities but the software is nerfed. Forcing us to use proprietary wall to gardens. I'm enraged after spending so much on this ecosystem that is great. But the business practice is unacceptable. Time for pixel or Apple.

Here you but there are workarounds, only thing is how they disabled the OEM unlocking to be able to gain root access easier then current ways

I feel the exact same way! I have bought nearly every device since the S7 and for the first time I can say definitively that my next device will NOT be a Samsung! I'm even contemplating whether or not I want to try an iPhone. I've never used iOS or iPhone but I'm more willing to try one rather than keep supporting Samsung who clearly doesn't care what it's customers want in a device.
