One UI 8.5 Boost Mobile network

my galaxy z flip 7 still on 8.0 one ui. when i run the software update it says there's no update to one ui 8.5 for the u.s.a boost mobile cellular network. Maybe it just hasn't released yet for that network. Tried doing a google search and it says since boost mobile uses T-Mobile towers so that the updates come directly from Samsung. So my question then why haven't I gotten it via ota?

I have flip 7 also on AT&T network and haven't received the update yet either.

well that makes me feel at ease because it mostly means my cellular provider hasn't received the updated ui 8.5 yet for their network especially if other big name networks in the u.s haven't received it yet. looking forward to the ui 8.5 update tried it in beta was a blast with the smarter bixby and all just gives me more too look forward while networks get the compatibility testing down before releasing it their users. Either way thank you for your update as this gives me hope that i may still be in line to eventually get one ui 8.5 update. Appreciate your reply a whole bunch!!

Yeah i checked haven't gotten it yet. but no worries my z flip 7 is still supported for future updates from Samsung so i just have to play the waiting game for cell phone carrier to get the update through compatibility testing on its network. i am glad you got the update though you will definitely enjoy a smarter Bixby as that was quite a joy for me when i was beta testing it...

k i got the 8.5 update apparently my Samsung phone was corrupted so i used my phone insurance for boost mobile and wala 8.5 update successfully installed and updated, thank god for boost protect total life saver!
