If you are on AT&T it is a know issue that their ViLTE services are not working,. It is recommended to submit an error report in the support section of the members app. As a fallback Google Meet is a viable option.

Yeah I'm having the same issues with the video call but this has been going on since I got the s25 since it came out and then I got a z flip 7 and that's having the same problem too and I've only had that for like maybe 4 months

Yes Video call not working last 3 weeks.
