You will need to perform account recovery for each respective platform you have lost access to.

You may also consider marital counseling and/or family mediation to fully resolve the underlying issues you describe.

Hello user4TwzGbvpCe, I definitely understand the frustrations regarding this. Which specific accounts are you referring to? Your Samsung account? If so, take a look at this article here that provides additional steps for Samsung account: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10001565/

If you are also referring to any third-party accounts, you may need to create a new account, or reset your passwords. It's highly recommended to not share any passwords or account information with your spouse or anyone, so this won't happen again. If your accounts allows you to set a 2-step verification, I would recommend setting that up too. That would provide an extra security on your accounts.
