As always, I love tuning into Unpacked every year and seeing all of the new features that come to light with the latest device. Now that the Galaxy S26 Ultra has been announced, as I expected, Galaxy AI improvements were a big focus this time around.

There were a couple of features that surprised me, like the improved Photo Assist, and the Privacy Display customization features to activate the privacy display during certain situations and certain apps, that's amazing.

The one that really stood out to me is the improved Photo Assist. I am not very good at drawing, so sometimes when trying to add something to a photo, the AI would either not correctly add what I was trying to envision, or just completely fail because my drawing skills are terrible.

Now with the improved feature, you can just type or tell it what you want to add to the photo, and it will do it almost flawlessly. That is AWESOME!

Using this feature in my daily life is key for when I take photos during moments where something can be added or improved, while also can be used for fun. Literally anyone can make this part of their daily lives.

My favorite features are the privacy display and wider aperture on the main camera and telephoto cameras. I do hope next year we get camera hardware upgrades like a 200megapixel telephoto and main cameras with variable apertures. I have a 25 ultra bit I think the camera on the 26 ultra will be better than most people think due to wider apertures.

One thing that caught my attention was the colors on the base s26 and s26 plus are the same as the ultra.

I like the galaxy buds 4. The new features (head nod/shake) are total game changers when you're working out or if your hands are wet and you get a call.

I’m really excited about the Privacy Screen too especially for traveling and working in cafés. Also curious to see how the wider aperture performs in low light.

I have been a galaxy user since day one. I am so looking forward to upgrading my galaxy S25 ultra to the S26 Ultra and upgrading my buds as well. Cant wait to try the new privacy screen. Samsung never disappoints.

I have been using Samsung devices for years and I am so excited to see the privacy display feature. I hope that the photo assist or that the Generative AI features in the Camera app could be improved to be more precise.

Okay sooo after watching Unpacked, based on the invitation/trailer I definitely expected something focused on smarter security and personalization. The visuals felt very “next level” and intentional, so I knew it wasn’t just going to be a regular update.

I was actually surprised by how seamlessly everything worked together. It didn’t feel random, it felt like the features were designed to actually fit into everyday life.

The feature that really stood out to me was the privacy screen because let’s be honest… people are nosey lol 😅 I love the idea of having that extra layer of protection when I’m out in public, editing content at a café, or just scrolling in an airport. It just feels smart and practical.

I also really loved the upgraded camera stabilizer 📸✨ As someone who creates content pretty much every day, smooth footage without needing extra gear is HUGE for me. I can already see myself using that daily for filming, quick clips, and just capturing life on the go.

Overall, I’m really excited about what was announced and can’t wait to see how it all fits into my routine 😊

After watching Unpacked, I had a feeling it would be about smarter security and personalization, and it definitely delivered. Everything felt intentional and actually useful, not just random updates.

The privacy screen is such a win because let’s be real, people are nosey 😅 And the upgraded camera stabilizer? I’m excited about that one. As someone who films all the time, smoother clips without extra gear just makes life easier.

Just finished watching Unpacked and I’m still processing everything!

Based on the invitation and trailer, I was expecting major AI upgrades, especially around photo editing. The teaser felt “smart evolution” focused, so I figured we’d see improvements that make everyday tasks faster and more intuitive.

The feature that stood out most to me was the enhanced AI photo editing capabilities. Being able to intelligently edit, enhance, and refine images directly on-device without needing third-party apps is amazing!

I create a lot of content and take photos daily, so I can see myself using this constantly! Fixing lighting, reframing shots, removing distractions, and polishing content on the go. Years ago I needed a laptop for that level of editing. Now it’s happening in the palm of my hand.

Overall, this feels like another leap forward in making Galaxy devices smarter and more practical for everyday life.

Just finished watching Galaxy Unpacked, and when I recieved the invitation and trailer I was ready to see all the AI upgrades and some kind of privacy upgrade. But the feature that is a must for me is the privacy screen, it is amazing not only the fact that it is on the phone already but it can get customized to what apps you want it in or simply turn it on and off, which is amazing to me. The unpacked must have will be the Galaxy Buds 4, they look fantastic and all the features in the app to change sound to the fact that it was made to fit all shape ears because I seem to always struggle with that and this is definitely something I would love to try. Overall a feature that in the Unpacked is my top #1 is the privacy screen because as a business owner and all the apps I manage I always come across people randomly looking at phones and I have to get my own privacy screen, so it being integraded is fantastic. What an awesome Galaxy Unpacked❤
