As a content creator, I’m always looking for ways to make filming easier without losing quality. One feature I’ve been using a lot on the Galaxy S26 Ultra with the Buds4 is Pin Mic. It lets me use one earbud as a wireless mic while filming. I use it a lot for product demos and GRWM videos. If I’m moving around, grabbing products, or filming transitions, my audio still sounds consistent. It’s also great when I want clean voiceovers without extra equipment. Setup is simple, no extra gear, no cables, and it sounds better than the built-in mic. Has anyone else tried this feature yet?

Okay wait this actually makes me want to try it 👀 using an earbud as a mic is such a smart idea, especially for filming on the go. The audio sounds super clean too without all the extra setup. Lowkey convincing me this feature alone is worth it.

If you're shooting a lot of video on your phone, you definitely need to check out the Pin Mic feature on the Galaxy S26 and Buds4. I've been testing this ecosystem out and honestly, it’s a massive game changer for my workflow. Good audio is always the biggest headache when filming on the go, but this basically turns your earbud into a high-end wireless lapel mic that connects straight to your S26 camera. As a content creator, I shoot a ton of coffee content in busy, loud cafes, and getting clean audio over the sound of espresso grinders and crowds used to be brutal. Now, I just throw in a Bud when I'm reviewing a pour-over or pulling a shot, and it isolates my voice perfectly. I'm actually heading out to the World of Coffee festival in San Diego next month as press, and I'll be relying on this heavily to vlog the event floor without picking up all that insane background noise. My buds4 are on the way, and the feature I'm most excited about is the pin mic!!! I'm so interested in that feature! as someone who makes content, they're definitely going to help me level up in terms of having better sound quality on my videos! And the fact that they are already my headphones makes them double in convenience, so the ecosystem works seamlessly in this way I'm super excited!!!!
