      <description>&lt;P&gt;I absolutely love having a Galaxy Watch8 to help take better care of my health. I use the sleep tracking, step counter, heart rate monitor and so much more. I even like to check my stress level periodically and if it's high I'll do some of the breathing exercises to calm myself down.       <description>I use my Galaxy Watch8 every day and I really like how lightweight it is. You almost do not feel it on your wrist, which makes it easy to wear all day and night.&lt;BR /&gt;What I notice the most is how clearly it shows what is going on with my body.       <description>I use a Galaxy Watch 8 Classic, and I love using it to simply count my daily steps, as well as to monitor my sleep and heart rate, along with my energy score. I use it as my everyday device, especially in the gym whenever I am doing cardio on a treadmill or stairmaster. Not only that, but I also use it to track my daily calorie and nutritional intake to maintain my physique.       <description>Using my Galaxy Watch to help me keep track of my sleep schedule had helped me understand the areas I needed to improve and things to keep me motivated as I see my success in action. My Galaxy Watch has allowed me to pattern my sleep habits and get on a regular schedule.       <description>Using my Galaxy Watch 8 to track my morning walks has been incredibly motivating. Paired with my Galaxy Buds, the experience is seamless and peaceful, making the exercise time fly by. The watch's goal tracking and achievement badges have been a game-changer; I've successfully doubled my walking distance and significantly picked up my pace. It's now an essential part of my routine, even allowing me to quickly check on the house during longer excursions. Additionally, I don't miss calls because I can answer them from my watch without needing to carry my phone.       <description>&lt;P&gt;The Galaxy Watch is definitely one of those gadgets that you believe you don't need but when you have one, you begin to see how handy it can be. Little by little am I learning about it and finding more ways on how some tasks become easier. The Galaxy Watch is a great help when going on walks to help me keep track of my steps. It almost becomes a challenge to see how many steps you can do.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been using a Fitbit since 2016 and about a year ago swapped into a Samsung Galaxy watch 5 and upgraded this year to the Watch 8; and I am so impressed by all the stats I can use to keep track of my health and fitness. I am a rebuilding my health and with my lifestyle it's easy to get distracted by work than focusing on maintaining healthy routines. I love the synchronization with my Health app for reminders to track my AGEs, antioxidants, body index, everything! It was a huge reality check to my interpretation of my health once I started taking my stats.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I highly recommend taking your stats weekly and taking advantage of the features that remind you to drink water, take movement, stats, and even training!       <description>The main things I love about my Galaxy watch is it keeps me on track with my daily step goal and tracks my sleep. Once I am able to actually visualize how active I am and my sleeping habits, then I am able to make improvements. The biggest improvement in my life from the Galaxy watch has been tracking my sleep and because I like to challenge myself, its become a competition with myself to improve my sleeping habits. I used to rarely get enough REM sleep which would leave me feeling groggy, and once I was able to see where I was lacking through my Galaxy watch, I was motivated to make adjustments. It has also motivated me to get in a morning walk everyday so I can get ahead of my daily goal of steps.
