I was initially introduced to the Members community through the beta programs.

I found having my voice heard with feature requests to be a unique aspect of Samsung's public betas. Interacting with other tech-minded users was also very rewarding.

When those beta programs closed, I stuck around in the regular Members forum because I found that I really, really enjoy being helpful. Assisting other users when they have problems they need to solve is incredibly enjoyable, and getting to know some of the amazing members here has been yet another great reason to stick around.

Members is part of my daily routine now, and I wouldn't have it any other way. 😁

Been a Samsung user for about 3 years, but have only been following in the members app since November 2025. Have learned quite a bit of technical information by reading posts. Have engaged with other members through the Galaxy Gallery and Galaxy Foodies posts, and with whom I consider some as friends even though it's virtually.

I'm a member because I own a lot of Samsung products mainly mobile and I'm in the Samsung Eco System I own the Galaxy Watch 5,Watch Ultra,Tab S9 Ultra and S24 Ultra. I also own some of your earbuds. I'm not new here though. I've been on your forums for years.

I was actually a fan of Samsung when it was still rocking its own OS tizen but still using android. Now that google has gotten so big and its greedy little hands in everything, Id like to see Samsung pull back and get back to innovation on its own. After all the main reason we love Samsung is the special features we get from its own UI which isn't exact to Googles android OS.

Initially, I installed the Members application for diagnostic testing, error reporting, and participation in Beta programs.

Upon discovering the community, I found a valuable resource for acquiring knowledge. As my understanding expanded, I recognized the opportunity to share that knowledge with others. The satisfaction derived from receiving notifications that a proposed solution has resolved another user's issue is immeasurable.

Over the years, this platform has also fostered a strong sense of community and camaraderie, which I consider its most significant asset.

I've been a Samsung user for a long time. The Samsung ecosystem has become a part of my everyday life the past couple years. I currently use the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Galaxy Watch6 Classic (switching to the Ultra when it arrives Friday), SmartTags, Samsung 75" Smart TV 2024, 55" Smart TV 2021, 43" Smart TV 2025, T650 Soundbar w/Subwoofer 2020, M550 Soundbar w/ Subwoofer 2017 and the SmartThings app. I'm considering the addition of the Samsung ring but I'm leaning more towards the Oura Ring 4. My 3 choices are the Samsung Ring, Ultrahuman Ring and the Oura Ring 4. I've put a fair amount of research into all 3 and the reviews of each is the main reason I'm leaning towards the Oura Ring 4. I prefer to have everything in the Samsung ecosystem but the Samsung reviews have created some apprehension. I'm open to other users experiences and/or suggestions for some guidance.

Being a part of the Samsung Members Community has been both a privilege and honor. My love for Samsung products brought me here many years ago. Sharing what I love and using my experience to answer questions of those that need help with any of their devices. My passion has grown and it has been noticed. It's been a blessing to have opportunities to experience the amazing perks of growing as a Member all the way to an Ambassador Star. It was a dream ever since my first Galaxy device with the Galaxy S III. Through Samsung Members I've had opportunities to attend multiple Unpacked events, met many incredible people from around the world, met many other influencers and creators that I've followed and even some new ones along the way. Also, I have met many that work with Samsung. Until now this journey continues and I look forward to what's next and the growth of being a Member and an Ambassador Star.

Shoutout to everyone I've met along the way and all of my fellow Members and Stars from the US community and others from different countries.
