Hi all,

I have 2 x 990 Pro 1TB drives in raid 0. Samsung Magician only see's them as Raid0 and not 990. And no info is displayed, N/A everywhere. I see no way to do the firmware update. I can't even seem to find what firmware version they are on either.

Hoping some one can advise 🙂

Thanks

Hey, I don't know much about server arrays, but please take out the drives and update them individually if possible, Samsung drivers that shipped with them are causing damage on constantly high load ssds

Hi, they are not in a server array. Just in my PC. Due to another issue, I reinstalled windows and kept the 990 drives seperate so not in raid. I now can update the firmware on them. So two problems solved, although I can not use raid now.
