I recently purchased a Samsung Notebook 9, and I'm trying to install a new operating system from a USB storage device. However, I'm having trouble figuring out how to boot from the USB on my Notebook 9. Could you please provide step-by-step instructions or guidance on how to access the boot menu and set up my Samsung Notebook 9 to boot from a USB drive? Your assistance will be greatly appreciated!

It isn't step-by-step but rather DIY. Go to support web page, find support for your device, find manual, find "changing boot order" in it.
