As for gaming, its about the video card and ram, and most laptops can not switch video cards, there are external video cards, but you'll have to google that

Of course not. It's a laptop. You can't switch out hardware beyond ram and ssd on anything that isn't a framework laptop.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! As some users have posted laptops are not generally upgradable aside from Ram and Adding an SSD. If you want something upgradable, building/purchasing a desktop would be the better option.
