Book 4 Pro does not support Windows hello

The camera module can see IR light, but there is still no Windows Hello support. This is my first day with my new book 4, but this is a big disappointment.

I hope Samsung will have the courtesy and sufficiently competent staff to explain in detail why the latest gen 4 Book Pro 16 camera setup does not support windows hello. This is an expensive laptop and the first I have owed that doesn't support windows hello.

My Dell XPS plus with OLED screen has windows hello - always instant on.

The book 4 does support windows hello just not facial recognition. It instead has a fingerprint reader. I do wish it had the option of facial recognition. You can buy external Webcam that support face unlock.
