    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for these suggestions. I have not run the diagnostics and don't know about the graphics card, but I know my wifi is running fine. I think the poster below with the suggestion to run the update through Device Care instead of from the pop-up in the lower right corner seems to have worked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Samsung computer running Windows 11 home version. It's been telling me there's a Samsung system BIOS update available for a few weeks, but every time I go to download the update and install it, I restart the computer, then get an error message that the update failed. And another message saying the BIOS needs to be updated, go through the download, install and restart again - only to get the same failed message.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How do I get the update to install and get out of this loop?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Have you run the Samsung PC diagnostics that has a self diagnosis feature. Is your graphics card driver up to date, and are you able to plug your wifi in directly? I'm not really sure, but if any update fails for me, it's a lack of wifi connection, but I don't have a Samsung.</description>

      <description>Plug in your power cord. Go to device care. Clear the junk and optimize your memory. Run updates from device care. Have it find the updates you need and run them. Don't unplug your computer until it is finished.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem as the OP. None of the suggestions here have worked. Support recommends I backup and factory reset the device, which too extreme a solution, IMO.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think this has worked. It seemed to go through the whole process, then restarted itself.&amp;nbsp; Now Device Care is showing no updates needed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
