      <description>&lt;P&gt;my computer has been stuck on the bsod for a really long time ive tried everything i could find online, called samsung they refused to help me and claimed they had never heard of such a thing... this laptop is a galaxy book go and virtually unused. havent used it for more than a couple of hours. id prefer to not buy a new computer so im asking if anyone can help me? i hate to throw away a laptop thats been used less than 3 hours. but this laptop has been stuck for a long time now and i personally have no idea what to do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
