I just did 30min off research. It's behind a paywall in 2 places. Ebay someone's selling it for 10$ lol. Get a CHA341A and it's a 32bit 4 pin bios chip. Backup whatevers on the chip and then flash the files from bios fix. 5$ for a week membership. Assuming that's the problem. It's older than some of my college friends kids lol. 2013 samsung aio desktop. Or just call samsung?

Thanks to you Cosmic Ray. I also found several paywalls like dr. bios. I chatted with Samsung suppportdesk and ran into a loop.....invane result after more than an hour explaining what the problem is several times, insane. I have a mini-programmer but the clip won't hold. I'm going to soler the bios chip ont the bracket/board what came with it.

No bios file on the site. I thougt that someone could send me the file by mail, what only seems available via 'Samsung Update or SW', but I can't start my DP700A3d at all so can't us flash utility.

I think the All-in-one with touchscreen is a beautiful design and for not gaming is still fine.
