The keyboard backlight on this laptop shuts off intermittently. Can you suggest a fix for that?

mine does the same, it only stays on for seconds, not even enough time to use it

Can you please try a restart on the computer? Also, are you in a well-lit room or a dark room? Depending on the model, the sensor can cause this to occur.
