    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently purchased a galaxy book 5 pro from Samsung. When I go into samsung.com to look at my products it says that service is not available based on my current location. When I try to contact support, it won't let me because it won't recognize my product in order to put in any information. Any assistance or information would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just spent 1.5 hours on Samsung chat. At the end of 1.5 hours they told me they were technical support and not customer service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Either try calling Samsung again (1-800-SAMSUNG) and make sure you are talking to CS, or return the product (if you are still in the return period), and when you get your refund, purchase another.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
