Hi there and welcome to our community! I can definitely understand how frustrating that can be and am delighted to help you! I would give the following steps a shot and see if that works:

1. Test the outlet.
Plug something else into the outlet the power cable or charger was in, like a phone charger or lamp. Or, plug the power cable into an outlet you know is working.

2. With the charger unplugged, remove the battery and reinsert it (applicable models only).
Some models have a removable battery. If yours does, then disconnect the charger and the battery for 30 seconds, then put the battery back in and connect the charger. Wait 1 minute and then try to turn on the computer.

3. Check the charger or power cable's connections.
Make sure the power cord is plugged in properly at both ends. Some cords are in two parts with an adapter in the middle: make sure that connection is secure, too.

If none of these work, the laptop will require service. You can private message any of the moderators here with a link to this post as well as your laptop's full model code and serial number. If you'd prefer to talk directly with someone, you can also call into 1-800-SAMSUNG (1-800-726-7864)

My Samsung galaxy book3 360 2in 1 worked perfectly till yesterday. I wanted to work today and it wouldn’t power up. Tried everything but there is no juice in it and doesn’t power up.
Tried different chargers, but the port doesn’t even detect the cable as the LED charging light doesn’t light up. I performed an update 2 days back but after that the laptop work until today when nothing works. I can’t get it to even boot to go to the settings. Please help!
