The laptop is still under warranty.</P><P>From the beginning, the system performance has been very poor. At first I thought it was normal or due to heavy usage, but the problem has become worse day by day.</P><P>Current issues:</P><UL><LI><P>Windows Explorer takes a long time to open</P></LI><LI><P>System freezes during basic operations</P></LI><LI><P>Overall performance is very slow for a premium device</P></LI><LI><P>No heavy software or gaming usage</P></LI></UL><P>This is happening during normal day to day usage and is not expected from a laptop of this price range.</P><P>I have not yet raised a service ticket, but before doing that I wanted to know:</P><UL><LI><P>Are other users facing similar performance issues?</P></LI><LI><P>Is this a known issue with Galaxy Book 5 360 or Intel Ultra series?</P></LI><LI><P>Can this be a hardware issue (SSD, firmware, BIOS, thermal throttling)?</P></LI></UL><P>Any guidance from Samsung support or other users would be appreciated.<BR /><a href="https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/47102294">@User684156</a>&nbsp;</P> Wed, 31 Dec 2025 05:57:05 GMT Yuvraj 2025-12-31T05:57:05Z
