    <description>&lt;P&gt;It could be thermal throttling due to high temperatures caused by inoperative fan(s) or improper heat evacuation/thermal compound. If there is an app that shows the system temperatures and fan speeds, see if it shows anything. Also, make sure your SSD is not showing SMART errors or close to being full.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would suggest you put in a service ticket and let Samsung figure out the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
