      <title>Serial number problem on laptop</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a new laptop from Samsung online. When I look at my products it shows the serial number in red and says:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Unable to verify warranty due to incomplete serial number. Check the serial from your product, not the box, and &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.samsung.com/us/support/register?modelCode=NP950XDB-KE5US" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;enter it here&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; to complete registration. The serial number is correct. I have been calling once a week for the last 5 weeks to get this corrected but have been getting no help. The person I spoke to today left me on the phone for 20 minutes and then disconnected me. Is there anyone from Samsung that can help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
