quick share fail

I'm trying to send a photo yo My galaxybook pro 2 360 from my s22 ultra via quick share and it keeps failing. How do I get this to work, am I missing something?

I did try the steps in the video. I selected quickshare on my s22 ultra, selected my galaxybook pro2 360, and hit share. It said sending file, and then it said "failed"

If this doesn't get resolved I would consider returning the laptop. That was a huge selling point for me, might try out the tab s8 ultra if the laptop can't keep that feature.

Do you happen to have both devices on the same network? Are you using 2.5 or 5 Ghz?

Same wifi network. Not sure on the other.

Have you tried it on both networks? If this doesn't help I would recommend calling us directly for further support at 1 (800) 726-7864.
