      <title>SM-w723nzkaxar Power on Issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Book was NIST 88-800 Wiped using PC Doctor.&amp;nbsp; Installed Windows 11 and Samsung Driver Patch found on Samsung.com.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The unit will not power on without being plugged in until long enough for the Battery Heath indicator to show on the screen.&amp;nbsp; Once the battery health indicator is on the screen you can hold the power button and the PC will power up with no issues.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The battery Level will show 95% within 1 minute after being plugged into ac adapter and the unit will power up and stay on with no issues.&amp;nbsp; Appears to be something with the firmware.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steps Taken so Far:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Held Power Button and Volume Down button for 10 seconds with no success.&amp;nbsp; Updated BIOs to the current release with no success.&amp;nbsp; Installed all the updated drivers available for the model with no success.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now out of ideas.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
