I have a 7 machine that has great stats but the generation of the cpu doesn't support 10 even though the speed of the cpu is much higher than what is required. So with a newer generation, slower cpu it would work. But with my older generation, faster cpu it doesn't. Depending on what specs your laptop has you may not be able to run either windows 10 or 11. As the spec requirements have changed a lot since Windows 7 first came out.&nbsp; You can look at the Microsoft website here below to look at what specs you would need for Windows 10 and Windows 11.
