I'm looking to update the firmware but the download says 0mb and its 404 when I click on it. Where's the firmware for this product?

I upgraded my firmware last week to newest version (from 1013 -> 1015.2). After upgraded my monitor start o flickering! Now I need a new release to check if will fix this issue, but I cant download the 1016.0 version too.

I was hoping the firmware update was going to help fix that flicker issue. I have brand new cables but it sounds like its an issue with the monitor because multiple reviews have mentioned this. Heres to hoping they fix the issue or atleast provide the Version 1016.0 firmware

Guys, there was same problem on Korean product, so I e-mailed to samsung and they fixed the problem within two days. So I can download the firmware on link below, but it is korean version and it seems that didn't fixed on your language...sad

Did this update work for anyone? I was able to download the file which gave me M-T9549GGAA-1016.0.zip (1.61MB). I unzipped the file to get the folder which had a 6.63MB file named M-T9549GGAA-1016.0[1109].img

Copied that to a usb and did the update steps but got the error -

No update files found on your usb device

File name m-t9549GGAA-***.*

i even tried moving the file outside of the folder to the root of the usb and still not able to find the update. Frustrating

What a joke. US site is broken. Global DL Center is broken. Monitor sucks and needs update. This is trash on Samsungs part.
