Hello,

I'm connecting my Windows PC to M7 smart monitor and everything works great

I have just one pesky issue ruining my experience, that is the annoying banner at the top of the screen. I cannot find a way to hide it and it displayed permanently. See the photo of my M7 monitor with "COMP's PC" banner (COMP is my computer's name).
If I press the "X" button, it spawns a prompt to quit PC on TV connection which I obviously don't want, I just want to hide the banner thing...

It takes like 1/8 height and honestly makes the whole thing pretty unusable at this point. I mean, why do I need to see this banner in the first place? I know which PC is connected to the monitor. I'd rather not have it displayed in the first place.

I can definitely understand how frustrating this may be. Give this a shot and see if it removes the banner. Change Usage Mode to Home Mode.
● Settings >General >System Manager >Usage Mode

Monitor is already running in Home Mode.
And the banner never disappears. Please raise a ticket to fix this. Make it disappear after a few seconds...
