Easy setting software not working

I have Samsung 49 inches screen, I reset my pc to a fresh install, I can no more use the easy setting software, I tried with this version EasySettingBox_v1.1.3 the one installed before fresh install, it is not working I have dll error message (mfc140u.dll) and (VCRUNTIME140_1.dll), i tried with the latest version EasySettingBox_v.1.1.7, still not working, have you got any ideas please ?

The only thing that worked for me was to open cmd as admin and run: msiexec /a installer.msi

Then install Visual C++ 2013 redistributable.

Then manually create a desktop shortcut from Easy Settings Box in C:/Program Files/Samsung
