      <title>Gaming Monitor G9 Issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Challenges setting up G9 49" Gaming Monitor&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Unable to register my monitor due to some problem. Told to try again end of the week means I cannot get warranty support. [Note I am in Canada]&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I have had an install issue for 4 days, but can’t seem to get support to for the issues below.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;It appears the drivers and the updated firmware need to be installed.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The firmware update software can’t find the firmware image because it does start with M-A*; the most recent starts with M-TA according to what I’ve been told by Samsung support and downloaded from the site?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The CG49… drivers error in the zip file when I try to execute the zip?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;There is no information on how to set up more than two monitors. My Dell dock supports two Display ports and an HDMI port.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>
