860 EVO 500GB Not supported and is not seen

I have 860 EVO 500GB and it's not working and i can't do anything with it. I can see it in Magician version 7.2 but i can't do anything. I have it connected via external USB cabel. I have 2 diffrent disks that works without any problems.

Hey Myszon98

Does it show under Disk Management (Ctrl + x - - >disk mgmt or right click windows logo / start - - > Disk mgmt) if yes and if disk is raw, you need to format it, if not launch Command prompt as administrator and type disk part - - > list disk, if yes do the following (Be really careful, damage can be done here, but since you dont have too many disks, should be easy enough)

Command Prompt
Type : Diskpart (oneword)
Type: list disk
Type: select disk number (number of your USB
drive, disk0, disk1, disk2, etc.)
Type: clean
Type: create part pri
Type: format fs=exfat label=USB quick
Type: assign
Typ: exit
