    <description>Correct you can backup your phone via usbc to this ssd but the usbc port is not capable of Thunderbolt speeds for data transfers, The iPad does support the Thunderbolt speeds either ,possibly in the future we may see Thunderbolt ports being added to Cell phones and Tablets, Currently Most Laptop users may only have usbc gen 3.1 and not Thunderbolt 3 or 4</description>
