Black vertical lines on monitor exactly where it curves

I have a samsung curved monitor. It has these black vertical lines exactly at the point where the monitor has its curve. Initially it appears as a single blue/green line which grows further and becomes a black line. I have attached an image. What could be the possible reason and how can I fix it?

Contact support looks like screen damage and have support run diagnosis to test it could be a bad hdmi cable or a ribbon cable inside the monitor causing the issue.
