    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just picked up a Neo G8 monitor yesterday and have had nothing but issues.&amp;nbsp; It seems to be that the standby/sleep mode activates way too quickly.&amp;nbsp; When hooked up to a PS5 the monitor goes into standby mode and then comes back on within a few seconds whenever launching a game.&amp;nbsp; When hooked up to an Xbox Series X, it goes into a standby loop when launching a game making it unplayable.&amp;nbsp; Have used multiple cables and updated the firmware and the issue persists.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any solutions?&amp;nbsp; Or is the solution returning the monitor and going with a different brand?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In your case I would go with a different brand.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just my opinion and the reasoning is my own.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend making sure the monitor is up-to-date. After that, if It's still occurring, a return/exchange would be recommended as this is happening on the first day of ownership. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
