Easy Setting Box Installation Incomplete Error

Hi All!

I am looking to resolve an installation issue with esb.

After downloading the software installer from smsng.co/esb I am getting an error message saying 'The installer was interrupted before Easy Setting Box could be installed. You need to restart the installer to try again.

Click "Close" to exit.'

Has anyone seen this before and/or have an idea to the solution?
