I bought a monitor c27f390fhn like 8 months ago, it was working normally when one day I turn it on and the screen turn on normally, I put my pc password then suddenly turn black, the blue light still on and it showed some light the screen but the actual image wasn't appearing I tried to remove and put again the hdmi cable but didn't work, I try to put another device so I put my ps5, the screen wasn't showing image but I plug my headphones to the monitor and the sound was working.

Can someone tell a way to fix it without opening or bring to a technician?

It is possible your video card went bad. Do you have another device to connect the monitor to so you can see if it's actually working? If you connect it to another device and get images, then the problem lies with your computer's video adapter. If you get no image, then the monitor is bad.
