https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Monitors-and-Memory/New-G5-says-I-am-in-the-middle-east-I-am-in-Wichita-Kansas/m-p/3296371#M17024 <P>Got new 34 inch G5 Samsung curved gaming monitor from Walmart for $320 and loved it until registration.&nbsp; IT says no warranty or updates due to me being in Kuwait.&nbsp; I bought it in Wichita Kansas where I live and reside.&nbsp; &nbsp;Four hours with Samsung US and they have no clue.&nbsp; Even sent picture with serial number, model number, reciept.&nbsp; Tried again today same problem.&nbsp; I give up all I did was buy a nice product for a lot of money and cannot update it, or get manuals, and Samsung both days have said, hmmmm should fix itself.&nbsp; &nbsp;Returning it to walmart and very upset.&nbsp; &nbsp;</P><P>Really my serial number says the middle east and no one can fix it.&nbsp; This is Kansas USA, and Walmart.
