Your 1TB 990 Pro has a TBW of 600 TB and you have written 76.6 TB to it so 84% remaining is appropriate.

Each additional TB of capacity adds 600 TB to the total TBW of a 990.

I personally use a 2 TB 1200 TBW 9100 Pro for the OS only and install all other apps, games, and data to additional 4TB 2400 TBW 990 Pro drives so I never have to worry about wearing a drive out before I'm ready to replace it with something newer and more shiney.

You should be imaging your drive regularly against failure anyway. Your drive health says good. The number is your unused capacity. Drive health had two metrics - good or fail.
