      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else having luck with the odyssey 3d hub on the latest drivers? Cause on my end the software is no longer working. I've tested this on multiple pcs now to rule out my hardware and its consistent: the hub no longer works with the last two versions of nvidia drivers. On top of that looks like the latest windows updates have also caused issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are stuck on version 1.2.2 and since then its been total radio silence.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My big issue isn’t just that its broken... its that there is zero communication. Is there an actual official channel to report bugs for specific game profiles? Why are we still dealing with "official" supported games having broken shadows (like gta trilogy or Kakarot) or ui depth issues that make them unplayable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its great tech but whats happening? I didn't buy a 3d monitor to use it in 2d.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Over 3 months without a software update, the software's broken on the latest Nvidia drivers, and the latest 1.2.2 software removed these games form being played:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Enotria: the Last Song&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everspace 2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Frostpunk 2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Life is Strange 2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Like A Dragon: Ishin&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lush Photography Sim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tales of Arise&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;And to top it all off, at the recent 32" CES showcase, it was claimed 63 games have been released, but not even the 50 games promised by the end of 2025 have been released.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Absolutely abysmal support here. There's not even a support email or contact online we can use to report bugs and issues, so users are just left completely in the lurch with these issues.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My monitor stopped showing 3D completely. Uninstalled everything. Reinstalled everything. Even did a complete windows 11 install. Nothing. A complete waste of $2000. Samsung says and does nothing. Everyone that posts something says the same thing. Samsung took the money and ran. Without 3D this monitor is poorly built and designed. Maybe it’s time for a class action lawsuit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P class="isSelectedEnd"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Even after installing the Odyssey 3D Hub 1.3.4 update, updating the firmware to version 1005.2, and installing the S27FG90xX 1.0 driver, the 3D feature still doesn’t work. The only way to fix it is to downgrade the firmware to version 1002.1 and uninstall the Windows updates (KB5074828 and KB5074105), but it’s impossible to keep Windows outdated just to make the feature work.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;At this point, Samsung will certainly not be an option for future purchases.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It actually works again thanks!!!! I hope it keeps working because i have had constant problems with this thing since i got it. When it works its awesome like all Samsung stuff but when it doesn't its nightmare mode... Now if i can just get help with my fold 7 warranty issue they are not helping me with which is just as expensive/serious as this monitor.... The CEO office was involved and treated me like garbage and now they are ignoring me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;what did you do to get it to work exactly?&amp;nbsp; it was working for me up until the last windows update a few days ago and now it is not working for me&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;i don't have any of&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Windows updates (KB5074828 and KB5074105) on my computer.&amp;nbsp; I am on 1005.1 monitor software version.&amp;nbsp; My NVIDIA version is 11.0.6.383 which&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;s the previous version as the newest version wasn't working for me before.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;i checked to see if the stereo camera was enabled which it is&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;i downloaded the latest 3d hub software from the Microsoft store as it was just updated feb 14, 2026 (v 1.3.6) but i still can't get it to work&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;this is really frustrating because we are at the mercy of Samsung, NVIDIA, and Microsoft and what ever version they are putting out.&amp;nbsp; the unsolicited windows update that was forced on me broke it..&lt;/P&gt;
