    <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased my&amp;nbsp;37 Inch Odyssey G7 G75F from Samsung.com. After registering the monitor on&amp;nbsp;Sat, Mar 07 on Samsung.com I inquired about the promotional game code that would be available for purchase of said monitor through Samsung support. I was told by support codes for the game would be sent out March 17th to eligible customers that registered their monitors on&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.samsung.com/us/support/register-product/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://www.samsung.com/us/support/register-product/&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;or&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.promotionsbysamsung.com/monitor" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://www.promotionsbysamsung.com/monitor&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I inquired why I was not able to register on&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.promotionsbysamsung.com/monitor" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://www.promotionsbysamsung.com/monitor&lt;/A&gt;. as under the "Qualifying Retailer" drop down menu "Samsung.com" is not an option. I was told by several support individuals this is by design and purchases made through Samsung.com are opted into the promotion by registering through Samsung.com&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After the date I was told the game codes would be sent out by arrived and I did not receive my game code I inquired again when I will get the code. I've been told every 3 days by support that my code will be sent in 2-3 days, 32 days have now passed and I still have not received my game code.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have asked for support for this game code through Samsung's chat support, phone support, E-mail support and Facebook profile. I have over 100+ pages of chat support records and hours spent with phone support attempting to get my promotional code. I have followed all directions Samsung support has given me, I registered my product, confirmed my purchase was made in the time frame of the promotion and that my product was also registered correctly in the time frame of the promotion.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've been told by all forms of support, Chat/Email/Phone that my product is registered correctly and I am eligible for the promotion but I have still not received my code for the game.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm looking for any support or suggestions or who I can contact for help getting this promotional code for my purchase.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
