Try this one from Korean website

Works fine for my LC32HG70QQUXEN, the last 4 letters does not really matter it seems. It was also in English by default after flashing.

Samsung seems to be pretty bad in keeping firmware downloads updated and also in different regions.

e.g: My LC32HG70QQUXEN arrived with 1021.x bought in Netherlands (dont remember if it was .0)
While the nl / eu samsung website offers 1019.2
while the korean samsung website offers 1024.0 [flashed without any issues, but not sure what is different])

Something must be wrong when the product ships with newer firmware than you can properly download.

And also I am trying to help with an issue in another thread in another place where someone needs older version of firmware, but it seems its near impossible to find any older versions, which is also terrible.

Good afternoon, everyone. The firmware update v.1025.0 for the CHG70 series is available at https://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/?model=N0052187. This update is compatible with both the 27 and 32 inch US versions of this monitor. Installing international software versions on your monitor can void the warranty on your device.

If you are not a US customer, it is recommended for you to contact your regional Samsung support team or Community forum.

The 27 inch firmware does not work correctly on the 32 inch display, it causes issues with local dimming zones, e.g. zones will flicker or dim when they shouldn't. Please provide a valid link to the 32 inch firmware.

I found it on the Korean site under a similar SKU:

Also be advised that 27" and 32" firmware's are NOT interchangeable
