It was bought as a backup phone and has only ever been used a handful of times for text messages. It has an appalling battery life so I have tested as follows:</P> <P>1) Phone SWITCHED OFF: Charged to 100%, then once a day switched on for about 30 seconds to check for battery %.&nbsp; Battery charge after 10 days has declined to 75% . The rate of decrease is linear.</P> <P>1) Phone SWITCHED ON: Charged to 100%, then once a day (without any other use) noted the battery %.&nbsp; Battery charge has decreased to 0% in 4 days.
