&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can&amp;nbsp;try cleaning the charging contact points on both the Buds and case with a soft dry cloth. If the problem persists, open the Galaxy Wearables app and go to About Earbuds &amp;gt; Reset Earbuds.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If troubleshooting is not helpful then service would be recommended.&lt;/P&gt;
