I've had my Galaxy Buds+ since April 3rd, and I noticed that the battery on my right earbud tends to drain faster than my left earbud by about 5%, even after letting them charge in the case until they reach 100%.

Thanks for reaching out! I understand how frustrating it is for one earbud to drain the battery faster than the other earbud. You can try resetting the Buds. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10007280 Thanks to @Pete-ohki for Galaxy buds that paired through the settings instead of the wearables app, use these steps for a reset: After connecting the buds to your phone, go to phone Settings > Galaxy Buds 3 Pro (or whatever name you've named your buds) > Manage connections > Reset. If the right earbud battery continues to drain faster than the left side, then it would be recommended to have the Buds evaluated by a certified technician. You can use the following link below to request service in the U.S. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or by contacting service directly at 1-800-726-7864.
For international devices, please reach out to a support team in your area for further assistance: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html I apologize for any inconvenience.

Hello,

I am sorry you have tried all the troubleshooting steps to get this issue solved with your buds and the problem is still re-occurring.

My suggestion is to call 1800-SAMSUNG (1800-726-7864). Once you call them, try to reach a representative and have the valid proof of purchase handy and the serial number of the device. Let them know you want to mail in the buds for service and they will email you a UPS shipping label and give you the proper instructions on how to do this process. It typically takes 7-14 business days for you to receive them back. The serial number and the proof of purchase is typically what is needed as long as the device was purchased less than a year ago. They should be able to give you replacement buds once this process is fulfilled.

If you have any questions, please let us know.

I've had my earbuds for 18 months and the left earbud will no longer work. At first the charge was draining faster than in the right bud but now the left won't connect at all, and because of that the app won't update either. I've tried everything possible to correct this but nothing has worked. This is very frustrating because if my earbuds are shot after only 18 months of intermittent use then I'm not willing to buy them again. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Hello there, I would recommend attempting to reset your buds through the Galaxy Wearables app. If that doesn't help the next step would be to have your buds evaluated by a certified technician. You can have this set up by calling 1800SAMSUNG or you can always message any of the moderators here and we'd be happy to get that set up for you.

Definitely can agree on the feedback rate on the right v.s. the left bud and the battery differential between them as well (not 3x for me closer to 1.5) However I've dropped both buds accidentally trying to place them back in the case. Despite that i have assuredly not encountered any kind of sound quality issues other than figuring out how to sit them in my ears properly.

I experienced this issue with both those and my Galaxy Buds Plus. Make sure to clean them and follow the troubleshooting steps they have online. If you call/text 1-800-SAMSUNG and they are still in warranty they can replace the buds for free if you send them into their service center.
