      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;When using my buds, I've encountered issues involving ANC/Ambient which causes the right bud to start peaking and the overall volume of the bud lowers. I have dropped the buds twice and have gently cleaned both buds. It may be possible that one of these events caused the bud to stop working properly, but I do not know.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;B&gt;Possible causes:&lt;/B&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;● Software - Last update was Janurary 21, 2023 (R510XXU0AWA5)&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;● Hardware - An issue that was had on the previous generation of Galaxy Buds is there was a possible vent failure causing one bud to malfunction.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated!&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>I haven't experienced such issues with mine. But my left earbud runs off faster than the right when both are connected. Its because i use the left alone mostly.</description>
