    <description>Currently, when I connect my buds pro to my phone and go to Galaxy Wearable app, I change Noise controls settings from off to ANC but I found there is no difference between that setting and off. Two weeks ago, when I tried it, the ANC was working. Not sure if it's because of the software update because I found out the ANC not working after the update.&lt;BR /&gt;The ambient sound setting still works fine.</description>

      <description>I rarely use the ANC on my buds pro but I used it two weeks ago and worked fine. Since you mentioned it, I just checked and it seems to be not working.</description>

      <description>It's just not working I push the button in the app it tells me to put in both buds when I have them in</description>

I would be happy to look into this further for you. The first step I would recommend is to reset your Galaxy Buds pro.
