    <description>Try this. Settings&amp;gt;General management&amp;gt;Reset&amp;gt;Reset network settings. Mind you, this clears all Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections/settings and you will have to reestablish them afterward.</description>

      <title>Galaxy buds 2 pro/Fold 5 calls are distorted</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have the Fold 5 and after a few minutes, the person i am talking to is claiming the call is distorted. After a few weeks, i bought another pair and had the same problem, so i returned them. Now i have another brand of earbuds and i try my pro 2s from time to time and still have the same problem&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have done this already. Even when i bought the 2nd pair, i was getting the same complaint fresh out the box, with a fresh charge.</description>

      <description>In that case, I suggest visiting a Samsung authorized service center, like uBreakiFix, for further evaluation. Diagnostics are usually free and they should be able to tell you why none of your buds are working.
