Galaxy Buds FE microphone volume is too low when using with Windows 10 laptop

I recently purchased a set of Galaxy Buds FE. I am trying to use them for video calls on a windows 10 laptop and the microphone volume is too low, no one can hear me. I have tried testing the volume and at most it is 4 to 7%. I tried resetting them in the cradle, it did not help.

Any suggestions?

Check the windos are using headphone in the setting also check some level protection option that limits the sound

Thanks for the suggestions. I resolved this by uninstalling the Samsung Earbuds FE, installing a JBL set of earbuds, then reinstalling the Samsung Earbuds FE. I had previously tried uninstalling and reinstalling the FE earbuds but that did not help.
