I have looked everywhere for help sending my ear buds pro for trade in. Do I send them with the tips on and in the case? Help! I can't find info anywhere.

All our instructions was emailed to us and also there was a piece of paper in our box with instructions.

Also, you can login on samsungs website and look at your orders and see instructions there also.

I have traded in phones and watches, but never ear buds. There is no specific trade in directions for ear buds. Do I pack with tips and charging case?

This is what Samsungs help center site says, so I'd send it all back in. Because they can still deny your trade in and charge you full price after they get your old buds and see how they are. https://www.samsung.com/us/trade-in/device-trade-in-faq/
