    <description>&lt;P&gt;In my case the microphone does not work at all. It is visible in the system and all apps see it, but the recording sound is full of interferencing sounds and scratches. The same thing with trying to record the voice on windows recording app. Using Windows 11, I have all latest drivers and Buds App installed. What is worse, the sound of the buds connected to the Windows laptop is awful, like MONO sound. No such issues with the phone.       <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;Has anyone been able to connect their Buds 3 Pro to a Windows 11 PC to use as a headset/microphone successfully? I've tried repairing, installed the buds app, and used different apps to test the microphone, but it almost never works. Teams/Zoom calls simply don't recognize the buds as a microphone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This is incredibly disappointing, and prevents me from using these as a daily earbud.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>Have you turned off Seamless Connection in the Wear app?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I think it is on by default!</description>

      <description>&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Hello kaylo, Welcome to the Community. We understand how disappointing it is to not be able to use the Buds 3 Pro with the PC.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Remove the buds from the Bluetooth settings on the PC.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Make sure the Galaxy Buds app is downloaded and fully updated on the PC.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9nhtlwtkfznb?hl=en-US&amp;amp;gl=US" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer"&gt;https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9nhtlwtkfznb?hl=en-US&amp;amp;gl=US&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Make sure the Bluetooth drivers on the PC are fully updated.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. Put the earbuds in pairing mode.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5. Try to connect to the earbuds from the Wearables app.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I had issues as well. It also wouldn't let me go back to my phone without having to reset the headphones and re-adding it to my phone. And are we not able to have these connected to multiple devices?</description>
