Missing clip case for Galaxy Buds3 Pro

Samsung screw me over with the free clip case for the buds3 pro.

I placed an order for the Galaxy buds 3 Pro on July 12th and of course with the quality issue of the buds I did not get the buds until August 23rd from best buy. Same day I picked them up I noticed that I was missing the clip case that was supposed to be included. I contacted e-commerce customer service they submitted a ticket promising me that they will create a ticket and requested a promo code for $30 so I can reorder the clip case myself from Samsung website. A week later goes by I never heard anything from e-commerce and I called them. They explain to me that the request was denied because I had ordered the buds 3 Pro on the 12th and the promotion ended on the 11th of July. Which it doesn't make sense because Samsung unpacked announced the Galaxy buds 3 Pro on July 10th. Even today if you go into Samsung's website in order the Galaxy buds 3 Pro they are including the free case.

So I guess I got

That's what I been trying to find with no avail. I mean I wouldn't be requesting anything if I knew it wasn't part of the promotion at the time.
If I would have known that it was going to be denied I wouldn't have sent in my trade in buds and return the buds3 pro. Sucks.

If you buy them right now, the case it's free. When I read the terms, the dates have been changed for the promo. 8/8 - 9/30. But they were available back in July as well.

After speaking with about 10 different reps, finally got someone that submitted another ticket for me to request a coupon code. He asked me to email him the screenshot you sent me. He said he noted the screenshot on his request. Not even 10 mins later I get an email with the coupon code. Thank you so much for your help.
